Sometimes she tells you where to go - sometimes she throws you into the next complete set of Hiragana and vocabulary while you would rather practise more before proceeding. The progress is weird - you have to ask your teacher where to go next. Also it should be used in a very streamlined fashion (be much faster to attack). An arena style random battle where any Hiragana up to that point is presented would be cool. ![]() Beyond that you have to revisit areas from before (and know which Hiragana set is located in which area). Usually only the last set of Hiragana is repeated. It would be better if there was a way of also freely entering the romaji instead of picking from a list You select the romaji from a long list as you learn more and more Hiragana. Though ti does have its own share of problems that could be ironed out in future versions. It did help me with my Hiragana and it was fun. ![]() In a steam sale they are very well worth the money even if there are more streamlined ways of learning out there. ![]() I bought it together with influent along a book for learning the language. It challenges your brain in different ways than just the regular learning process and may in that way cater more towards people who do not learn easily the traditional way. It's not necessary but it's a very fun way of repetition with a very playful aspect to it.
